I'm Alex, a user experience designer with experience in user research and interaction design gained through seven extensive UX professional courses and 5 start up projects.

Through my work and experiences at SMC I created ways to improve the user experience through planning and conducting usability studies by sketching ideas for creating sitemaps and wireframes which helped improve the information architecture of the projects use case.

I love being able to build from scratch and seeing the project through to the end from paying close attention to how users respond to initial testing phases to improve overall experience for the new project.

To be part of this team is to create an improved user experience for the services and products that focus mainly on seamless exploring and making information universally accessible and useful.
